1. Who we are

A2D Ventures ("we", "us") operates the A2D Ventures website and investor platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

Account and identity data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, investor type and LinkedIn profile.

Investor profile data: investment preferences, check size range, preferred sectors and geographies, saved deals and expressions of interest.

Founder submission data: company details, founder contact details, pitch materials and supporting documents.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage analytics collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use personal data

To verify eligibility and approve investor accounts; to operate the platform and provide access to deals, data rooms and updates; to review founder submissions; to communicate service notifications and relevant opportunities; to meet legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations; and to improve the platform.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent (including consent under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act).

5. Sharing personal data

We may share data with service providers who host, secure and support the platform, with portfolio companies and co-investors where necessary to complete an investment, and with professional advisers, auditors and regulators where required.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside Thailand by our service providers. Where this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law.

7. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the periods required to meet legal, tax, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

8. Your rights

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and audit logging. No system is completely secure, and you share information at your own risk.
